Hybrid Productions are a group of composers from London. They produce music of various types, including electronic, experimental, and ambient music. They where formed in 1992, by Andrew Rees and Dave Allison. Rees and Allison went on to form Hydrogene, which is one of the group's main aliases. Hydrogene's output is electronic and somewhat experimental. Allison releases solo work under the name Exisonic. The Exisonic pieces are largely electronic in nature, but Allison uses some acoustics, including human voice and ambient noise. Hybrid Productions release work under a number for other names, and have expanded their membership since inception. They have played live in the London area, including sets at Seed Showcases, Undo, 12times50, and Open.
